📦 Delivery Terms

  • Orders are shipped within the Netherlands and selected EU countries.
  • Delivery times are estimated during checkout.
  • Delays caused by external logistics partners are beyond our responsibility.
  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If damaged (e.g., torn, broken, crushed), do not accept the package and ask the courier to issue a damage report.

✅ Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a 24-month warranty.

  • Damaged or tampered packages must be reported at the time of delivery.
  • If the package is accepted, it is assumed to have been received in good condition.
  • If the package is refused due to damage and a report is filed with the courier, inform us within 3 days via email or our online contact form with a copy of the damage report.
  • Modifications, deformation, or design alterations made by the customer void the warranty.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Cosmetic products must be sealed and unused to qualify for a return.
  • Products with opened packaging, usage signs, or physical damage are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Notify us within 14 days via email, customer panel, or contact form.
  2. Include the original invoice and any accessories or gifts received.
  3. Return the item via our designated shipping partner – the return cost is covered by us.
  4. If returned with a different shipping company, the return cost and risks are your responsibility.
  • Once we receive the product in perfect condition with the invoice, a full refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • No refund will be issued until the product is received and inspected.
  • Refund processing time for credit cards depends on the bank; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
